an Aircraft Loan

Fixed Rates

• Up to 10 years, with Amortizations up to 20 years.
• Down payments as low as 10%.

Variable Rates

• Amortizations up to 20 years.
• Rates at New York Prime or less (depending on down payment and term of the note).
• Payment schedule selected by the borrower can be Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually or Annually.
• Down Payments as low as 10%.

• Amortizations up to 20 years with a 10 year balloon.
• The rate is fixed for the first 60 months followed with a one time adjustment for the remaining 60 months.

Loan Amounts

Up to $300,000 (subject to change).

** Current Loan Proposal Example:

• 20% Down Payment
• Rate is the published New York Prime Rate minus .50%
• Rate is fixed for five (5) years with a one-time adjustment for the remaining five (5) years of the note term.
• Payments on a 20-year amortization, paid monthly.
• Possible Fees: Pre-purchase Title Search, Recording Fee, Messenger or Money Wire Fees, Final Title Search

Checklist of Documents

We would like to process your application quickly and accurately without inconvenience to you. The following items will be needed to help you present a complete loan application package. Please complete and return all of the following documents requested at your earliest convenience.

When Individual(s) is to be the registered owner:

• Copy of each borrower's current paystubs, representing the most recent 30-day period.
• Copy of each borrower's last two (2) years signed Income Tax Returns with W-2s.
• Executed IRS Form(s) 4506 - Verification(s) of Tax Return(s).
• Completed Application needs to be notarized unless witnessed by us.

(The application is necessary to assist us in determining your credit status, financial ability to service your loan request, as well as provide information on the Seller, Aircraft, New registration, Insurance requirements and to verify credit information given to the Bank for the loan requested.)

Or if a Self-Employed Individual(s) is to be the registered owner:

• Copy of last two (2) years signed Income Tax Returns.
• Copy of corresponding last two (2) years Financial Statements.
• Copy of current year-to-date Financial Statement.
• Executed IRS Form 4506 - Verification of Tax Return.
• Completed Application needs to be notarized unless witnessed by us.

(The application is necessary to assist us in determining your credit status, financial ability to service your loan request, as well as provide information on the Seller, Aircraft, New registration, Insurance requirements and to verify credit information given to the Bank for the loan requested.)

When a Corporation is to be the registered owner:

• Copy of last two (2) years signed corporate Income Tax Returns.
• Copy of corresponding last two (2) years corporate Financial Statements.
• Copy of current corporate Financial Statement.
• Copy of last two (2) years signed personal Income Tax Returns from each owner of the corporation.
• Copy of current Financial Statements from each owner of the corporation.
• Executed IRS Forms 4506 - Verifications of Tax Returns.
• Completed Application needs to be notarized unless witnessed by us.

(The application is necessary to assist us in determining your credit status, financial ability to service your loan request, as well as provide information on the Seller, Aircraft, New registration, Insurance requirements and to verify credit information given to the Bank for the loan requested.)
